Great job! That's the best rendition of the Sentry's uniform that I've seen. Finch's version is just dreadful.

Sentry really needs the long hair. He's much more tolerable taht way. But a bit too thor. He really needs a new costume though. Although yours looks good in the book it looks terrible

YUSS!!

The circle is complete, a full New Avengers team. That is damn awesome Ronnie love the glow on the 'S'. What's funny is that you completed the full team before the book even did ;)

Can't wait for Bearded Sentry.

Thanks all. My New Avengers era Sentry pics are now complete.

Here is Robert Reynolds, once the great hero called the Sentry as he appears in the first 3 issues of New Avengers, an inmate at the superhuman holding facility called the Raft.

The only thing i could find wrong was his hands, they look a bit deformed, try working on that

Man, that's really nice work. Minor complaint would be Spiderwoman's lack of "curves". She, uh, kinda looks like a guy in drag.

Know what I mean?

Otherwise it's a smashing good job.

I highly disagree, I mean, her posture and body is very feminine. The entire style is angular, and if she were to have more curved edges she wouldn't fit in as well. I don't mean to come off as defensive, but I don't really like cheese cake stuff. She isn't bursting at the seams with breasts and butt, but why should she? Not every female character, IMHO, should be be built like a porn star. This is the only thing I can see which could be seen as masculine. I think, more than suggesting she be curvy, the drag comment is what makes me so confused. She is posed with a feminine stance, she has her right hip raised and her left hand on her hip. I don't see that one at all, I mean, she is hourglass shaped and her proportions aren't manly, with small hands and feet by the style's standards. The only thing I can think of his that she is not supremely well endowed and is tall. Am I close?

If I'm jumping down your throat, I apologize. I'm not a super sensitive artist type, but I do put a lot of thought into my work and I want to make it as good as possible, so critical input is really appreciated. I don't want to seem agressive, I would really like to understand, and I would appreciate your elaboration. I'm taking your comments to heart, and will try to curve her up a bit, and retain the same image I was trying to get across.

EDIT: and after all that, I tried to take your constructive criticism to heart, and made some slight changes to my Jessica Drew Spider Woman pic, you can find them at my Spider Woman thread here (http://forums.comicbookresources.com/showthread.php?p=1483496#post1483496)...

Ronnie, I see what you mean, and of course your style isn't idealy suited to the more, shall we say, "buxom" females, but part of the problem is that, in costume, Jessica is supposed to be strikingly beautiful and curvy. You managed to differentiate Spider-Man's slightness and Cage's buffness so it's obviously not outside your talents to vary body types.
It did kinda bother be when I first saw this group shot, but I don't remember you posting a seperate Spider-Woman thread.

That's awesome, Ronnie. This is how the Sentry should look all the time. It seperates him from the "Superman-knock-off" stereotype and defines him as his own character.

Thanks Doom Hammer. I think I like the look too. The combination of Finch's typical male faces and Sentry's varied hair/facial hair styles, he is reminding me of Brad Pitt, who can pull off the scruffiest of looks or the most clean cut 'do.' I too prefer him with longer hair, almost reminds me of Kurt Cobain.

That look bugs me. Same with the Sentry mask. Either long hair with beard or neat trim, pick ONE! (Don't like the long hair/clean shaven combo on Thor either.)

I was thinking the exact same things, about Brad Pitt and Kurt Kobain at least. Funny.

Anyway, the new look would also signal "a new era" after the original Sentry mini. As a character, the Sentry is much less of a model, infallible hero after the revelations regarding the Void and Robert Reynold's dead wife. The look suits that change.

He is Ronin, the so-called "mystery Avenger."

Thanks guys. Sgt. Candy, I use Photoshop for the color, but the pictures are done by hand. I've done a lot of these, 444 and counting, and have posted a lot of the on topic pics here in different threads. I may do Falcon and Captain America threads here too, since I've done all of their costumes, and it would be on topic.

Spiderwoman manish?
You do have an angular style. Thus it's probably tough to soften her square jaw and shoulder and be consistent. Those are the only two points where I can kind of see the criticism.
Good work as always.

Have you any action shots of characters? Your art is really nice but everything I have seen is just a character standing there in the same pose as everyone else. I would like to see some action shots to see how you are when it comes to that.
