Well, I think Raven and Bow Wow were always cute kids, they just happened to grow into good looking teenagers. The Olsens, yeah, pretty ugly babies, but damn if I don't wanna put it in their bums now that they've grown up.

Might be in the minority here, but I think Angelina Jolie, Nicole Kidman, Jennifer Connelly, and Catherine Zeta Jones all look much better now than they did several years ago. Especially Angelina, and Jennifer.

They have matured in many ways, and to me thats what makes them even better looking than they were 5-8 years ago. But thats just me, since I have a thing for women in their 30's. :D

I think most women get better looking from their late teens into their mid 40's. And many keep getting better into their mid to late 50's.

A few keep their looks well into their 60's.

To mention some specific hotties, I think Jane Fonda looks freakin' incredible in Monster In Law. And Lynda Carter looks really good in Hero High.

Andie McDowell is pretty freaking hot now too.

Basically when women stop being cute and start being sexy, that is when they really have bloomed, IMO.
