i was gonna mention Joker myself. he kicked ass in that ep. but i'll have to go with Ebon. he seems to make things happen the most. he's not my favorite, but this isn't a favorites list. Second and third place will prob. have to go to Hotstreak and Alva. Those are the only biggies, really.

hey well you know what? i've said what villains i thought were the greatest, now i wanna talk about my favorites. i liked Rubberband Man as a villain and a hero. Talon is pretty cool, they made her way more (meta)human than you'd expect from a villain. And Kangorr and Shiv. Shiv is a freakin' psycho. But my favorite is Ferret. I don't really know why. ::shrug::
