Thanks! Pia and I took the day off. We NEVER take the day off and made that extra effort to piss it away. So far everything is going as wonderfully non planned.

If you can get yourself a Pia I'd advise it, they're great.

A little late, but Happy Birthday. You write great comedy and I always enjoy reading your stories in Simpsons. They are very well constructed and you should be writing for the show. You've got the knack!

I can't claim a TON of familiarity with your work but it seems like any point I have to make, you either beat me to or back me up on, whether it's politics, life, comics or art.

Maybe when I'm rich and famous (and you're richer and famouser) we can stage a coupe or something. Or collaborate on something. Like a coupe.

Happy birthda, Ian. Mine's coming up next week too. There are a lot of us June birthday babies. I think it's because we all have such sunny dispositions. Those of us in the Northern Hemisphere that is.
