I think the last time I saw him in anything was when he guest starred in an episode of Punky Brewster as a homeless dude.

Well, according to Internet Movie Database, Meeno was in a movie I never heard of in 2001 called Alex in Wonder. In 1998 he and his half sister Soleil Moon Frye co-wrote and co-directed a movie called Wild Horses. In 1995 he was a camera intern for Body Chemistry 4. In 1985 he was in a TV show I never heard of called Detective in the House and was in that episode of Punky Brewster I mentioned...and it appears that's all he's done in TV and film in the last 20 years.

EDIT: Oh and apparently he's a history teacher at Hollywood High School.
