When will WB rerelease Batman 1-4 with special features? I heard it was this year to go along with the new movie, but i haven't heard anything yet. Anyone know???
I want to buy Batman 1-3,but the lack of absolutely anything extra on the DVDs is annoying and i KNOW as soon as i buy them,WB will come out with the special editions, that's what happens every time i buy a DVD.

Last I heard Joe Shumacher was rather keen on putting out a directors cut of Batman Forever. Apparently there was a lot of stuff left out of that movie. But I don't know when it will arrive. Or if it will.

Walmart has the releases in stores for 7.50 each. They were in last weeks ad, but my local store told me he wouldn't have them until next week (being this coming Tuesday).

I just wanna hear Joel Schumacher defend Batman and Robin in his commentary. That is if these special editions ever happen.

It'd probably make sense for them to wait until Batman Begins comes out on DVD, and then package it with the rest.

I already own the previous editions of all 4 films, would would gladly double dip with the special editions. Hopefully Batman '89, and Batman Returns are filled with extras. I am also very interested in seeing a special "director's cut" of Batman Forever. Which I've read is very different from the theatrical cut.

Could do without Batman & Robin, but to just hear the commentary would make it worth checking out.
