When I use Mozilla Firefox to access the CBR Forums, the browser doesn't load any image: no status icon, no thread icons, no "first new post" button, and of course, no "quote" or "post reply" buttons. In fact, the only image that Firefox loads when I access the page is the clickable ad on the top of the page.

This started two or three days ago: I've never had any problem with Firefox on this site before. Internet Explorer works fine. Do you have any explanation?

Whatever the problem is, it's definitely on your end.
Try deleting your temporary internet files/browser cache and trying again.

Go to Tools, Options,Web features. In that dialogue box is a number of buttins on the right hand side. Click Exceptions and see if CBR has somehow found its way into that list.

It worked! Thank you very much for your help. I wonder why CBR was added to that list.

Just realised that when I was checking out a preview, instead of saving, I hit the "Block images from... " part of the dialogue box.
