Now who is your favorite? I know I excluded Harley Quinn from the last list..I apologize..but Batman's Rogue Gallery has so much depth that it's sick. This polll, I guess will determine who is second in fan's minds to the Joker.

Well...without Uncle J, I'd guess I'd have to go with The Demon's Head.

I think Batman has the best Rogue's Gallery in comics today, it's so hard to choose from this. Like in the last poll I expected most to vote Joker, so with this I'm anticipating a majority for Ra's Al Ghul. Therefore I give my vote once again to Senor Freeze.

If the Joker is not around, I have to vote for Two-Face.

With out The joker, my vote goes to Bane and after that Two face or Scarecrow. And I have a question what is a rogue's gallery ?

A hero's villains.
I go with Ra's Al Ghul and then Bane.

Harley Quinn - She's cute and she resides in Joker's camp. I think she gets bad press in the mainstream DC universe since she's sometimes written without all the qualities that made her popular in the BTAS universe. A couple of years ago, I painfully half-read as writer Joe Lieberman completely butchered her character.

I agree. I think Batman's rogues gallery is one of the best in comics. It's a shame that Superman's doesn't quite match up.
My vote goes for Ra's Al Ghul. I like the scope of what he's trying to do, and I always get a sense that Ra's Al Ghul has a great respect for his favourite "detective". I also quite like Two Face. He reminds me of the thin line that Batman treads as a masked vigilante.

I'd say Bane, then Rai's, wouldn't it be cool if Bane came back and kicked the stuff out of Hush? have the real Bane of Batman be the best (besides Joker) :)

IMHO, Mr. J is the best villian any hero has in modern popular culture, regardless of medium. Only Darth Vadar, and his emperor, are on the same level, and now that we've seen the new SW movies, Vadar's not really so much of a "villian" anymore. Either way, Mr. J is either #1 or #2, so it's not really like it's such a big deal.
As for second place, I've said it several times, when discussing the upcoming batman films, that there are three rogues that you can't mess up: Harle, Ra's, and the Joker. Ra's and the Joker because of thier well established years of having well-established, unbelievably cool, personalities, and Harle, because, well, she's so darn cute that everyone loves her. I'd probably vote Ra's #2 and Harle #3, as it stands right now.
And I still (and astonishing x-fan has joined my cult) HATE liberman for what he did to Harle, I'll never forgive him for that! He turned "Harle" into "Catwoman in another costume", geez, if you want to write Catwoman, write Catwoman! Much like the Joker, if you don't have a sense of humor, you shouldn't be allowed to write Harle (I can only imagine what Brian Michael Bendis could do with those two), and Liebermann is as humorless as they come.
I read the "Harle and Ivy" mini that Paul Dini wrote a few months ago, and that was sooooo much better, I really wish Dini would write more comics, and spend less time working on "giligan's island, the next generation", but they don't ask me when they make these decisions.
I do agree that Batman has, easily, the best rogue's gallery in comics. To me, it's like the question "is Jerry Rice the greatest wide receiver of all time"? It's one of those questions with an answer so obvious, it ought not to be asked. Some people, like Supes, have that top tier villian (I think for Supes, it's Darkside, like I said before, I don't find Luthor interesting), but what separates Batman's gallery is that he both has more top villians, and he has way better depth. Like I told someone else recently when discussing the issue, I feel like, at some point in the past, there was like a villian draft, and they were deciding "okay, you've been picked with this spot, so you're going to this city to fight this superhero". Say there were something like 16 first round picks. I feel like Batman got, roughly, 12 of the 16 first rounders. They were evenly distributed, at first, but then Bruce Wayne used his billions of dollars to buy everyone else's first rounder. That's how the current situation came about.

Joker is my favorite cuz he's so damned evil.
Ra's is my #2 because he has a healthy respect for Batman (At least, I remember he did) he has well drawn up plans. (He did steal Batman's own filea and took down the JLA.)
Bane #3 because he broke the Batman. He did it through doing psyochological and physical ways of doing it.
Two Face #4 Sometimes helping (Hush, NML vol. 4) Sometimes the enemy. Dynamic personality.
The Riddler used to be my favorite before the Hush storyline. Now he sucks.
And the Joker still rocks. When he's written well, he's the best villain ever (too many good moments to list, but my favorite is Joker's "To Do" list from the Last Laugh crossover). But, when he's written bad, he's completely uninteresting (the Gotham Knights writer should never be allowed near Joker again).

Initially I might have picked The Riddler, or Two-Face.
But since Harley's in the poll. I believe I'll choose her over the rest.

I really love Mr. Freeze, but voted Riddler - because he is awesome #9before he was reinvented).
