Me and my girlfriend went to go see Josh Gracin from American Idol at a free concert at Rams Head Tavern in Baltimore City. We went to eat ahead of time and the waiter told us that we could just stay there and be the first ones so we could get any spot we wanted which was really nice. It was a really good performance he sang some of his songs and Jon Bon Jovis 'It's my life' and 3 Doors Down 'Here with out you'. I don't know why but I have been listening to alot of country music lately. Share some of your concert stories :)

My favorite memory is probably Curtis Mayfield live in Düsseldorf in 1989 or 1990. Curtis was a musical genius, and he als radiated more warmth and love for his audience than I've ever seen.
About 3 months after that concert, his back was smashed by a public address rig during rehearsal for an open air concert, and he was paralyzed from the neck down until his death in 1999. I cried a lot that day, but the one album he recorded after his accident (New World Order) is an amazing testament to the man's strength and to what adversity humanity is capable of overcoming.

And then there are the 3 Gladys Knight concerts I've seen in London. Unforgettable. And Bob Dylan, James Brown, Chaka Khan, BB King, Eryka Badu, Angie Stone, Maxwell, Will Downing...

Yikes, I never knew that about Curtis Mayfield. What an amazing story!

And I thought Josh Gracin had a lot more talent than he got credit for on AI.

I never knew that either and I agree with the Josh Gracin comment.
