Seeing Merle Haggard for Free

I just scored tickets to see Merle Haggard for free. A friend got them as a bonus on his "Player's Club" (casino) card. He isn't interested. And I am. Wooo Woooo!!! I'm gonna see the Hagg.

Now, I can justify the money to see Willie Nelson in Hailey. Two more old-timers that I get to see before they're gone.

Go see Nelson - I missed J. Cash on his last tour in 96 and kick myself all the time for missing it.

I personally have wanted to see Glen Campbell in concert. That dude shreds on guitar.

I saw Cash when I was a little kid. Buck Owens too. Pretty much will only leave George Jones of the remaining old-timers that I haven't seen.

Haggard Is still someone who can put out a classic tune from time to time. It doesn't shock me that he's still playin at past 60. My dad and uncle have his Hits and albums as well.

The man is 68...same age my Dad would be. Willie is 72, I think. And George Jones is right there, too. I need to see these guys while I still can.
