So I know I bitched about the distinct lack of single wimmens on the houseboat trip this weekend, but I should point out that I still had a really goddamn good time. We ate like kings, drank like fish, smoked like chimneys, and...

... I dunno, I just ran outta similes. But we had a great crowd on our boat, and we had the best boat (http://www.waterwayhouseboats.com/houseboats/gen75.htm) we've ever had in the 4 times I've been to Shuswap. Next year we're probably renting a couple, so we can have our own fleet like we did back in 2000.

What did you folks get up? I know it wasn't a long weekend outside of Canada, but it was still a weekend.

Floated like hummingbirds and stung like bees?

I hung out with my friends but we didn't do anything special. Played some video games.

right on...if you can find a better version of After midnite...I'd love to hear it...Trey rocks the house.We did listen to a lotta cool tunes on the weekend, too. We had a satellite dish, and a couple of the radio channels played tons of good shit.

Plus, almost everybody brought mix CDs. And I heard the new Springsteen single.
