Steven Grant Interviews/Articles About The Punisher

I just got through reading "Essential Punisher" vol. 1, and was wondering if there are any interviews or columns online with Steven Grant about the initial mini-series. Obviously, something was going on behind the scenes for a fifth issue to be added (even though the previous issue had "Part Four of a Four Part Limited Series" on the cover) and was done by a different creative team. Anything with his thoughts on the Punisher would be fun to read, so any help is appreciated.

I'm not going into why Mike and I didn't end up doing the last issue again, but that and the four issues turned to five are two separate things. The skinny on the latter is that we had always planned to do five issues, but Marvel had never done a five issue mini-series before. The concept was apparently beyond the production department, which kept slapping "of a four-issue miniseries" on the cover. Mike and I had a running bet that the final issue would read #5 OF A FOUR-ISSUE MINISERIES, and I'm told production originally pasted that up and someone suddenly realized it only about 20 minutes before the finished book was to be sent to the printers.

I haven't really kept track of online interviews I've done -- I suppose I should -- but they ought to be easy enough to find with a Google search.
