How Can I see CBR Files ?

Is there someone that help me ? I have two comics in CBR format, but I don´t know how to read it ?

Do I need to download some program / software ?

Sorry my mistakes, but I brazilian guy and I need improve my english !!! lol...

First of all .cbr files have nothing to do with CBR the website.

And due to the fact that most files in the .cbr format are illegal copies of copyrighted comics, I'll have to close this thread.
