Has Batgirl demonstrated the ability to deal enough damage to hurt someone with Brock's damage soak? The man ignore's doznes of knockout darts being fired into him and can take a minute or so of exposure to hard vacuum.

Yup, those darts did little to nothing to him. It took being hit my dozens of them then being hit by a truck to take him out.

Anyway, if Brock's skin can be pierced, then yeah, Batgirl might have a chance, unless he punches her first.
