I know at least one person here reads his books, because I first heard about "Anonymous Rex" from someone on here. I think his books are all awesome. The Rex books have a great feel to them, and Vincent Rubio is an awesome character. Matchstick Men had great cons and witty dialouge.

I finally saw the Matchstick Men movie, and I enjoyed it thoroughly. When I first read the book, I didn't really understand the ending. When he went to Heather towards the end, and found out that she had an abortion, the first thing that went to my mind was that he was schizofrenzic (sp?), that he had a mental illness ontop of his OCD, that caused him to think of Dr.Klein, Angela and maybe even Frankie. But then I saw the movie, and it became clear to me that one of my favorite characters, was a sneaky little bastard. No, wait, two of my favorite characters were sneaky little bastards, and one of 'em was really, really hot.

Anybody else read these books? All of 'em shot straight to my favorites list, which is pretty hard to do.

Yeah, Garcia's none too shabby. I think he really does a good job of working within the context of crime/detective type plots without making readers think that these plots are the key elements of the books.
