There were several comic book/superhero movies released in 2004, some better than others. So what was your favorite?
Personally, although Spider-Man 2 was amazing, I'd have to go with The incredibles. I can watch that movie over and over again all day. It's got it all: the human story, the action, the effects, good characters, and good pace.

I thought The Incredibles was great. Incredibly funny. But I don't think it was the best. Hellboy was also pretty good. And while I loved The Punisher, I think I'll have to say Spider-Man 2. I thought Alfred Molina was a great Doc Ock, and Bruce Campbell's Snooty Usher part was fantastic. =/

Casshern, 2nd place Chroicles of Riddick. If that's not acceptable it's Hellboy, purely by default. Incredibles bad, Punisher bad but watchable, Spider-Man 2 pretty good but disappointing.

Toss up between Spider-man 2 which is easily my favorite superhero comic adaptation and Incredibles. Those two were some of my favorite movies of the year (along with Shaun of the Dead, Kill Bill, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, I Heart Huckabees and Sideways).

Definitely The Incredibles. In fact, it was probably my favorite movie of the year.

Definitely The Incredibiles. In second is Spider-Man 2, and in a VERY close 3rd is Hellboy.

I loved Spiderman 2# but The Punisher was like seeing an old form of revenge flick make a comeback. In fact the Director coined the perfect term. He called It a spaghetti western type movie and I can't fault him.
The Punisher shocked me and Thomas Jane suprised me as Frank Castle. He gave that charactor seem heart. But Spidey 2 came close but It had Its own special moments.

The Incredibles, followed by Hellboy, and then Spider-Man 2.
