Hey I got the 1st 5 in this series, and Im wondering is this series over after the 6 issue, cuz in issue 5 at the end it says the next issue concludes the series???

As far as I know, #6 will be the end of the "Out of Time" story arc, but the series itself will continue.

Yeah, welcome to comics. And don't worry, it took me a while to figure all that stuff out too (ongoing/mini/limited/maxi series, one shots, graphic novels, story arcs, crossovers, and hey, now some comics are done in 'seasons'! bleh.). You just pick it up as you go along, and it's always worth the trouble.
