This week in the Pipeline:

No Reviews.

Comments on the news of the week.

A Dreamland Scenario of book publishing schedules.

Random gibberish.

It all just fell together like that, what can I say?

At least you still have your column.

The Tuesday May 10th edition of The Couch Potato Review will be the 77th and final installment.

I'm looking around at ways to keep the column going on another site. Things are up in the air at the moment though.

SimplyJD.com is going offline by the end of May.

One of the other writers for the site is supposed to be starting a site, I might go there assuming he gets it up and running.

JD sent me an email for another possible contact, but it wouldn't be for my column necessarily assuming I got picked up.

I may even be setting up the column through my local comic shop's site.

However, nothing seems quite likely right now.

Augie's column sez: "Nothing against Bill Finger, but does the comics world need another award?"

Yeah, and (with all respect to the guy) perhaps Bill ain't the best choice to name an award after.

"Sure, I lost the Eisner Award last year, but they did give me the Finger!"

Well my abbreviated final column is up if you want to see the ending.

So far I've been pointed at two sites by other people.

One for more specific writing and another person who said the website he mentioned has been looking for a column like mine for years.

A guy my dad works with has a music site and he has offered me a shot at doing some CD reviews for it. I gotta do a sample up first.

this won me over on the idea of the award.
I want to get the finger!

I liked Steven Grants idea of the Finger awards. It was an award for bad editors - named after Bill Finger because he was screwed over by them and ignored as co-creator of Batman
