Last I saw of the Shroud, was Ms. Marvel. And I think he was captured by S.H.I.E.L.D, helping fellow unregistered hero Arachne escape. Dunno if anything has happened with him since.

Definitely a guy I'd like to see more of. He's a great visual!

Actually, the Shroud would be more likely to go after Norman Osborn. After all, in his first appearance(s), he came quite close to offing first Dr. Doom and then the Red Skull.

He should be active and free at the moment, having been broken out of 42 to join Cap's anti-reg forces towards the end of Civil War, and not ever being shown to have either registered or be recaptured. No idea if he's gotten back into contact with Arachne, though.
