Is it a ongoing series, or a mini-series?

It's officially an ongoing, but I suspect it's really just a very long limited series like Sandman, Preacher, Starman, Lucifer, 100 Bullets, Y, The Last Man and Fables

I can only hope that it keeps on going.... and going... and going. The story so far is great and it's got me axious every month for each new issue to come out just so I can find out a little more about the hunter and his (mis)adventures.

I agree. I was extremely dubious about this one at first, but it's starting to get more and more interesting. It looks like Spencer has a big story in mind, not just a single arc but an epic, and he's unfolding it at just the right pace -- not rushed, but not afflicted with the usual pad-out-the-TPB filler either.

What I find odd/interesting is that none of the characters are redeeming at all. Constantine is still himself, just amped up quite a few notches and still the bastard. Zatanna, seems to be whorish and Tim and the rest of his crew just do drugs and have sex with each other. The closest one to being a hero in the traditional sense is Constantine. He's a wartime leader and doesn't mind doing the dirty little things that need to be done.

Maybe it's intentional on the writers part so that when they start to act heroic it will be very clear that a change has occurred.

Well, in the case of Cat, Dog, etc., they don't have much choice in how they act, since Tim created them for, basically, entertainment. I'm hoping, though, that this initial story will lead up to Tim finally snapping out of the funk that led him to retreat into his little fantasy world in the first place, and taking a more active role in things.

But yeah, I'd definitly like to see him start wreaking more havok against the born.
