It looks like a silver armored version of Xavier as Juggernaut.

I don't think it is his greatest fear... what is the one thing Xavier doesn't have anymore? An amazing body. He has the greatest mind the world but he's stuck in a wheelchair. Why whouldn't he want to be the Juggernaut on top of having his great mind?

I think it's Wanda's tampering...

notice how Xavier's seat changes from a richly ornamented throne to his average wheelchair when Strange enters the scene?

Strange is there setting things right.

As for what he sees in the mirror... guilt perhaps? The one he couldn't save, his own brother...

Good point!

I do think it would be interesting if in Xavier's perfect world he did have Juggernaut powers though... Xavier can't be 100% comfortable all of the time with his disability, it gets everyone down sometime and I'd like to see him shown as not perfect for once.

Perhaps its really Juggernaut in the mirror, trying to get Xavier to help him out of the wherever he's been sent. But Xaiver doesn't see him.
