Spain. Where's he from, again? I know I've seen the name before, but I can't place it.
EDIT: Nevermind. He's the drug kingpin from #20.
Anyway, this arc looks like it's starting off strong. A lot of the major players are involved, and the Graves/Medici scene will be extremely interesting.
