If you could have any one mutants power, whose would you choose and why?

I had a hard time making a choice of just one, because they each have their own advantages. I WANT THEM ALL! But I can only have one...so I choose...Prof X - because then I can control other people and make them do what I want!

I've always liked the idea of having Iceman's powers. Versatile, they can get you around quick, you can use them for protection and offense... good stuff. And its such a cool look!

I would have to say Scarlet Witch usually but since she went el loco I guess that would suck so Magneto. I mean come on in the Olyimpic weight lifting contest I could be 60 pounds overweight and lift 10K pounds with one arm and people would be like how in the hell. Also I could do somthing like make my own city in like 1 day and make it the size of NYC. I could also contol my car to make it fly over others, wait I could fly so screw that lol. Owe yeah he is the ultimate in mutants baby!

Emma, because Telepathy has always been my most favorite ability in all of Marvel... right next to the many forms of telekinesis.

Plus, with Emma or Xaviers level of telepathy you basically control all forms... sorta.

Madrox. A lot of those other ones are cool, but in real life, you'd be the only one with superpowers... and I guarantee you the government would really like a chance to study you. Madrox allows you limitless knowledge, infinite wealth, amazingly creative power applications, and... well, let's face it, it'd just be damn cool. The perfect power for a rampant egomaniac.

Always wanted shadow powers - so I'd take Dallas from New Mutants. *points to avatar* I'd shift into something like that and run around yelling "Booga booga booga!" at everyone. The supervillain, superhero, and cheap travel possibilities are endless.

I would become a 4 time NCAA wrestling champ and an olympic gold medalist in as many sports I want.

Then i'll either be a prowrestler, UFC fighter, or a NBA star.

Really it comes down to Forge, Nightcrawler, Shadowcat, and a shapeshifter.

Forge's power would be very tempting but useless in a lot of practical situations.

Nightcrawler and Shadowcat's aren't similar but I'd use them for the same reasons. Sneaking in places and such. Nightcrawler's powers are also limited because he has to be able to see where he's bamfing into unless hehas exact coordinates.

A metamorph's powers can be used to do some of the sneaking in that I would do with Kat and Kurt's powers by turning myself into a liquid state and going in between cracks. Then morphing into another person so security won't know who I am. Mystique can't do that though, she can only turn into a humanoid. Does Morph/Changeling have those powers? If so I'd choose his powers.

Either Mystique or Madrox. Probably Mystique, but it's a close one. Shapeshifting would be too much fun. But on the other hand, I love the thought of starting my own band, in the sense that I *am* the band, playing all the instruments at the same time...

There are 3 powers i'd have from the X-men and reasons for each.

X-man's, his TK and TP is far above most people's and therefore the right choice to have if you want TK and TP.

Iceman's: Now,my imagination would allow myself to do some much more then what Iceman does in the comics. And that fact it's damn powerful.

Forge's: Invent something cool, make millions, then I'll build myself a giant Robot armour and go exploring the universe. :)

Jamie Madrox, definitely. I would create dupes and send them all over the world to learn things, we'd have a wild orgy (or is it playing with yourself in that case?), and merge back in to absorb the knowledge and experience. Sorry, I've been having dirty thoughts about the Cingular triplets again. I just always felt like his powers made him more versatile than even Rogue and would be a blast to have.

What mutant's power would I like to have? Honestly, I'd want to have the powers of the Blob because I resemble him to some extent, anyway.

Who can beat having a suber-resistant layer of fat, nearly impenetrable skin and the power to make oneself a virtually immovable object? Save, perhaps for something along the lines of Hulk-level power and up, I wouldn't fear anything. Hell, I'd even go for making high-jump cannonball dives!

Storm: Well, that's clearly awesome. Whenever I want it to rain on my garden or water flowers.....whoosh!
Shadowcat: Hmmmm....it would just be useful. I could walk down the sidewalk and not worry about bumping into people
Jean: I'd be so lazy with telekinesis. I'd also love to read minds. It would make me happy to know what people really think of me. I'd also like to make other people think I'm someone else or something.

Very easy choice - Nightcrawler. To be able to just "go" whereever you wanted to, without taking any time to get there. The fun of sneaking up on people (provided I found a way to deal with that brimstone smell!) Don't forget the agility.
Far, far behind that would be Storm.

No one with telepathy or telekenesis please. Imagine all the headaches - they just don't show the scences where Jean, Rachael, Betsy, etc are downing Advils like they're candy.
