Banshee or Siryn ??

If you had to choose between killing off Siryn or Banshee who would it be? As we know siryn is not a true mutant cause she has the same ability as her father, so in order to keep one of them I would just suggest that we make sean a human who works as a CIA operative either still alive or dead. Or we could make so that siryn never existed and just have Banshee as the mutant screamer

Don't see why we can't have both running around. Aren't there some subtle differences between Sean and Theresa's powers? I could have sworn she can do a few things that Sean can't, power-wise.

Anyway, if I had to choose who I'd rather see in an ongoing team book type thing, I'd probably choose Siryn, though I wouldn't whack Sean.

Siryn can speak and scream at the same time independently (I think she had two sets of vocal cords). I think that makes her a mutant by that definition.

Banshee is one of my faves as well, so Siryn has to go.

Let's see....

Banshee used to smoke like a chimney but doesn't anymore. He jogs quite a bit. He's an all around nice fellow.

But then, he does get the drop on him quite a bit too easily. Jimmy Proudstar, Mystique, Empath, you name it. He gets bitten too easily. And let's not forget the shitty job he did teaching the Gen X students in defending theirselves. I bet if Banshee taught Everett some decent fighting moves, he would still be alive today. He also got slit in the throat.

Theresa Rourke on the other hand was a baaaaaaaaad girl from the start. Booze, drugs, and promiscuity in that catholic school. Didn't join the New Mutants for a long time even though she was like twenty in her first appearance. She joins X-Force when the New Mutants were twenty as well. She gets drawn by a multitude of bad artists and she hits the bottle while at it.

Later on, she gets slit in the throat by her own teammate.

I vote Banshee because he got his throat slit by a villain which is less pathetic than having your teammate do it.
