Superboy the clone, although Im torn between weather he's better as a titan or back when he had his own series

Well, I would only buy a Superman title. I wouldn't for Superboy or Supergirl.

The one, true, ORIGINAL Superman.

I'm talkin' 'bout Kal-L.

Seriously, you're having trouble deciding between current Teen Titan Superboy, and weird hitler haircut, lame leather jacket "don't call me SuperBOY!!!" Superboy?

I'm just playing, I actually liked his solo series quite a bit...but his sense of style I had issues with.

Superman-Prime, nothing says comitment like carving into your own flesh.

I would say Cir-El but she doesn't really have a shield does she?

Supergirl. I think I actually have more Supergirl comics than Superman comics.

I've always liked the idea for Steel more than most of the comics he was actually in. I did enjoy Mark Schultz's Man of Steel title, that was probably the closest John Henry came to reaching his potential.

I liked Karl Kesel's take on Superboy. The Cyborg Superman is a great villain.

They didn't wear the shield, but I loved the supporting heroes from Superman's titles like the Supermen of America, Alpha Centurion, Guardian, and Gangbuster.

Bibbo, definitely.

I liked Steel the best when he was starting off in his solo title as the hero of Washington D.C. I was never too fond of them shipping him back off to Metropolis.

I was going to say Steel, but I know that I like the Cyborg Superman more. He'll say he's a hero.

Steel. I love the idea of the hero. The guy who was inspired by Superman to make wrongs right. His title was great until it shifted focus to Jersey. The whole "Washington Hero" thing was pretty well constructed, as was the relation between him and his family. His villains were pretty good, too: The Black Ops, the gangs, the governament, Hardware, Amalgam, the White Rabbit... one of the HELL YEAH!! moments was when he took on the Black Ops in the Washington Monument for the last time. I liked how they handled the whole identity reveal, although I think that Steel acted somewhat crazily instead of just getting his family away and then handling any villain who came near them. The crossover with Extreme Justice and Maxima was pretty awesome, too. Oh and the Zero Hour crossover has pretty hirilarious.

I think we need a big-time writer to read the whole story of Steel and then write him. I think Geoff Johns or Grant Morrison would do wonders writing a solo title for him. Who cares about Supergirl's stupid comic when you can have a comic about STEEL?

Saviour
Ramsey Murdoch insanely believes Superman is a fake and the real Superman is dead in Superman's tomb. He manifests the ability to create objects he imagines.

First Appearance: (as Saviour) ACT #713 (Sep 1995)
