as a result of crisis and the possibilty of moving the big 3 supes, bats and WW to there own contuinity would would like to see the return somehow of the golden age superman to current contuinity?
kal-el and kal-L's switch could be easily hid from the public as isn't superman right now somewhat older than he should be?

Depends on who you talk to, the writer of the President Luthor arc, Jeph Loeb, has said that Superman is supposed to be 29 yet his best friend from High School was V-P and eventually President... hmmmkay.

You know i just re-read crisis a couple of weeks ago , and i noticed that Golden age superman Looked considerebly older. Aside from the gray hair, his face was saggier and what not. Of course i realize that the way the character looks is up to the artist , I think Lois might be a little pissed too :p

Barbara Gordon is 25 or so and an ex-senator.

Is that whole Senator thing still canon? Considering how long ago it would have happened, she must have lied about her age if she's only 25 now.

You can be 18 and run for any office i think, but when it comes to being president you have to be 36, Though i'm not to sure on the VP requirements but I do think that You also have to be 36yrs of age and a natural born citizen

In a Secret Origins story it was retconed that Babs was able to serve due to the DCU's little known "Knight Provision" that allowed Sandra (Phantom Lady) Knight to assume her father's Senate seat until the next election after he died/was very ill, even though she was not the legal age to take the post. In the story I believe they noted she was filling out a term and when she ran it was a special election. (Not 100% on that last part)
It was a post Crisis story but may not be 100% valid now since the Batgirl Year One origin is the one officially recognized.

The DCU Encyclopedia from DK Press last year reaffirms that Babs served as a senator at a young age. There are some flaws in that book but Scott Beatty consults on most of the Batman stuff.
The Knight Dependent Act (really, it should be an amendment) established that DCU law is different. There's also no San Diego or Monte Video in the DCU.
