I just reread Ms. Marvel #24 which finally had its publication within Marvel Super-Heroes #10 in 1992. Carol has a great battle with Sabretooth in the subway. Ms. Marvel remains graceful as she literally beats him unconscious to Sabretooth's sheer ferocity. Also, in the plot, Carol's boyfriend/psychiatrist is murdered by Mystique. Dave Cockrum penciled a wonderful cover. Why couldn't Marvel have waited to cancel the book until Ms. Marvel #25??? That was just two issues from the official cancellation with Ms. Marvel #23.

Carol's story picked up in Avengers #197-200 when she was written out of the book. And the best story came in Avengers Annual #10 when Carol's fight with Rogue ended with both women lost. At the time, Rogue looked like she had won the battle, not knowing Carol's psyche was inside Rogue's mind the whole time & Ms. Marvel became Rogue's second personality...

Essential Ms. Marvel would fit nicely into one volume.

I've e-mailed Marvel for placing the entire Ms. Marvel #1-23, Marvel Super-Heroes #10-11, & Avengers Annual #10 into a couple of TPB, but I have never received feedback from them.

I e-mail them fan letters occasionally but never hear back from them either. They have that diclaimer that says due to the large volume of letters they recieve, they can not reply to all. I think it's just an ecuse not to reply to people. That, or they just don't like me! :D
