Seems that while merging with Sega, Sammy was going to close down its US branch/division/something, Sammy Studios, but then instead sold it to one John Rowe, who's renamed it as High Moon Studios. What I'm trying to figure out now is what this means for Sammy's game lines (ex. Guilty Gear)...
