For those of you who have been reading the Batman comics for the past year would see that DC is going to bring a new look to Batman. Here are the reasons: -
1- Due to what happened in War Games Batman is sure to have a lot of problems with the new commish (who personally i don't like). The two never got along in the first place but now i would hate to be atkins.
2- Stephanies death has hit big time as seen in Batman 634 i think when he was drinking. This is the first time i can think of him having a drink. I might have seen him in a comic where he's a party and drinking but nothing comes to mind.
3- Oracle is now technically gone and Batman has to go back to his old ways. Personally i think his detective skills went a little dull since oracle was there. I used to love it when bats was on his own.
4- The mind wipe situation. This is going to cause a lot of tension. I think i read it in wizard where they said batman doesn't want Hal around. Plus JLA 115-120 is when he is gonna confront the people that mind wiped him. I also see him alienating himself even more in the future.
5- Jason coming back is gonna be a huge factor. Considering the reason batman is who he is now is cause the way jason's affected him.
6- Lets not forget our good friend Tommy Elliot. I would love to see him and Jason Team together. Who knows they might do something nobody in the DC universe has ever done which is destroy batman emotionally.
I personally see batman the way he used to be when he isolated himself (with the exception of Tim and Dick) and goes back to what he does best which is being cautious and dark like hell. His world is turning around and Project OMAC will be interesting to read and how he plays a part. And the funny thing is Batman sees all the superheros as a threat even supes when possibly the biggest threat to the DC universe is himself. Cause imagine what would happen if Batman went rogue. The man will not be stopped.
Mind you these aren't what DC is said it will do its just what i think.
