Is Detonator canceled?

I know most Image books are late, but this is absurd. Can we get anybody from Image to discuss what the deal is w/ all of their books being late? And what's the status of Detonator? Was Brian Hibbs right that this title wouldn't last long?

I haven't heard that it should be cancelled. #2 came out not long ago. If #3 isn't out in 6 months you can start worrying, but until then it's just late. Being late is an Image thing. :rolleyes: I've learned to live with it.

Yeah, their schedule is kinda strange. I have two issues, I enjoyed them, but the series will be cancelled with issue 5.

Will it be restarted or or what?

Sounds kinda sudden.

I really liked the art feel but the story left me cold. I could not see my self keeping on with the monthly hit. I thought it was cancelled at #5 in the solicits but on #2 as it hit the stands.

Yeah, I'm not one to make a big deal about publication schedules. I'd rather the creators spend six months creating a damn good comic than churning out crap every month. Now if a book only comes out every few months and it's bad (and I'm not saying this is the case with Detonator), that's an entirely different situation.
