Just a quick question

I read Jeffrey Kramer's article on if Batman is nuts or not and it gave me the idea of a story I could write. I just have one problem, I don't know the name of the current commishoner of Gotham City. I know Gordon is gone but who took his place and what is he/she like?

The new Police Commissioner of Gotham is named Michael Akins, a black man. Akins is honest and competent, but doesn't have much in the way of an actual personality. He seems rather reserved and cautious to me, which is probably a good attitude to have in Gotham. At the moment, Akins doesn't have much use for costumed vigilantes, even issuing a shoot on sight order at one point. That's all I know about the man.
