I mean seen directly through it. Not deducing it from a bunch of other clues or realizing it much later. But looking, ideally the first time, at Clark and saying, "Hey, you're Superman!"

no clue but if he figured out batman.... how hard is supes?
Tim figuring out Batman was no big deal. He saw Dick greyson performing a special salto. Than he saw Robin doing the same, so he knew Robin=Greyson. And the way from Dick to Bruce is not far.
It was just coincidence, not a great intellectual effort.

Yea dude but how many in DCU history have gotten that. NOT THAT MANY! It may be easy for us because we aren't in la la land, but for TIm to deduce that is an awesome feat. After all this time you would've thought Lois would have gotten it with ease but no.

You also have to remember Tim was, what, eight at the time he noticed that and figured out who Batman was? He was 12 (almost 13!) when he finally was shown in comics but he'd known about Batman being Bruce Wayne for years.
And I don't know about you, but as an 8 year old I would not have personally made the connection that quickly, even if they'd both done a distinctive move. It goes from Dick Grayson = Robin, then he went on to figure out Bruce Wayne = Batman. Then I'm pretty sure he figured out Helena = Huntress before Batman did, he figured out who several other superheros were rather quickly, and knew who Oracle was before she knew who he was. Tim seems to be very good at finding out secret identities.
That said... everyone seems to know secret IDs these days, so it's not that impressive anymore. But it was!
