I've just noticed that a lot of the sigs, including mine, went to large from small. It looks like the type size for the sigs went up, going to the CP. Is there any way we could change it back, so the sigs don't take up so much space?

Easily.
Just put in <size=1></size=1> (using the square brackets, obviously).

It makes the text small, which is really nice for signatures

This actually gives me a good chance to go on a small rant, so thanks (this is a general statement and not directed at anyone inparticular).

A signature should be, typically, about three or four lines long at the most and use small lettering. It's not there to list your life story - a signature might contain one quote or witty line you really like or a text link to your website.
You really shouldn't use any large sized fonts or quote boxes. Look to your left - see your avatar pic and the stuff under that? If you're signature is longer than that text, then it's too big.

I have a habit of, when seeing a large signature, going on and editing it until it's acceptably small. So if your signature is savaged by having content removed, text moved about or font size shrunk ... chances are I did it.

Um, that isn't working, actually. *points to below* I'll be happy to trim my sig, and will, but this is a bit bizzare.

Weird....my sig works fine with the size tags....

I fixed it. You don't have to close the tag (/size=1) just (/size).

Thank you.
