Remember Jackson Guice's Amy Grant DOCTOR STRANGE cover? This isn't quite a sequel, but it does remind me of that one. No lawsuit yet, though. Those Canadians can be so polite about things. . .

Get a load of this one:

An image that appears to be Premier Gordon Campbell's drunk-driving mugshot has showed up on a T-shirt authorized by famed comic-book maker Marvel Enterprises, Inc.

The black T-shirt, which is selling at some local Wal-Mart stores for a suggested retail price of $12.96, features the outline of a skull, the insignia of The Punisher -- a Marvel character known for dishing out vigilante justice with oversized firearms.

Filling in that skull outline are a number of yellow and red-coloured mugshots, one of which seems to be the premier's -- taken in Maui when he was arrested for impaired driving two years ago.

Bizarre.

Here's a link with a picture for the curious:

It's an absolutely hideous T-shirt to begin with.

EM, wondering if he still has that Dr. Strange issue

Most comic book t-shirts not done by Graffiti are hideous. That one is no exception. I love the ones you see people wearing at conventions that look monstrous, with large Spider-Man and Wolverine images across the chest, down the side, and around back. Plus, even better, get some graffiti looking crap in there, too, and -- UGH
