I cant believe this guy has never joined the team, even though he has appeared in the book before. Cool powers, cool costume, plenty of experience with teams, a natural selection.

I know most feel he isnt a team player, but with a likely series coming up soon, it might be the right time for MK to join the Avengers again. Dig the costume too.

I was having a drunken conversation last night actually, and was saying to a friend that with all this reality tv dross plastered on every channel in the world, it might actually be cool to bring back Arcade as a badguy and have them all trapped in one of his Murderworlds, forced into this life or death show. Could poke some fun at lowest-common-denominator television and have a decent twist on an old badguy I always kinda liked.

I don't read New Avengers (at least not in monthlies; I may get the first trade), but I'd like to see what Bendis could do with Nova, too. Although having he and Spider-Man on the team would be kind of redundant, personality wise, unless they changed him around a bit. To get even more obscure, I'd like to see Silver Sable and the Wild Pack use their connections to Spidey to get a shot at the big time. Because the last time I saw Silver Sable was in the MTV Spidey cartoon.

But what with all the movie tie-in characters what might be nice is a Bendis reworking of Werewolf By Night. I was surprised when this title got bought up by a studio, but hey, Mr. Arad can sell any old piece of rubbish :D

I actually like the idea of Quick Silver on the team. I think he is a dynamic that they have been missing for along time. I think it would be interesting to see him square off with Wolverine and also he would have an odd connection with Wundergor with Spider woman.

Monica Rambeau/Captain Marvel/Photon - they are supposed to be Earth's Mightiest Heros - she can change to most any energy form, fly and add's another strong female to the roster. Maybe with an updated look (I've heard she'll be in Black Panther soon?)

Well i aint mad about that him . Brock lived long enough , and there hasnt been a single good venom story with him for years . His change to a "lethal protector" made him a bit difficult to write and a bit too "punisher 2" anyway .

I agree about Warbird. She's shown up a lot if TBolts, and has been used a fair amount lately since she's Jessica Jones fave gal pal.

But when was the last time we saw Quicksilver? He had a brielf cameo in the Avegers finale, but that's about it. I suppose they could easily throw him in Excalibur though.
