Huge smallville error?

i was watching a rerun of the season 4 episode "scare" and i noticed something, granted it is a dream but..clark gets hit by a HUGE asteroid and doesnt budge even an inch, he doesnt even look like he feels this, my only problem with this is that is was a HUGE chunk of kryptonite, lana in the dream took a piece of the same rock and went to kill him, i dont know i just noticed it isnt very likely he could take a huge meteorite to the back and not feel it even in the slightest, if it wasnt kryptonite sure..but it was..
