Ever have one of those flashbacks? To something two decades ago, or even longer? Well, in Australia during the early 80s, we had this long-running television ad campaign from the beef industry:
"Feed the man MEAT!"
This popped into the forefront of my brain while I was reading the digest, and let me tell you the juxtapositioning was especially jarring!
Has any other advertisements or other material from your dim dark haunting past ever caught you at an inappropriate moment while reading a CBR thread?
