A theory about who is behind the take over of WT and Red Hood.

Here's my theroy: Checkmate is behind the take over of WayneTec and Kord Industries they clearly have the info and resources to do this and how does Red Hood fit into this? The Black King recruited Anarky and turned him into the Red Hood so he knew about Black Mask's weapons shipments and took the Kryptonite as per-instructions.I wolud like to see y'alls thoughts on this. :)

Well Wayne-Tech hasn't been taken over - Kord Industries, which is essentially his R & D technology division, was. Not sure how much Checkmate has to do with this story arc, but we do know there is some tie to DC Countdown as the "100 pounds of Kryptonite" acquired from Black Mask by the Red Hood is mentioned again in the pages of DC Countdown (as being stolen from Kord Industries). The Black Mask seems to be one of many city crime bosses involved with this "underground mystery syndicate" which has been showing up in the background of many comics (and as mentioned by the DC higher ups). The Penguin, over in Bludhaven (and the pages of Batgirl & Robin), is involved in super-hero / super-villain weapons trade as well. So this all seems to be tied together.

I kinda doubt it's Anarky, as he will be showing up in upcoming issues of Green Arrow. Also I don't think Bruce would have that sort of reaction to seeing Anarky's face (as shown at the beginning of the arc when he revealed himself).
