I have an extensive collection of rare and classic comics. I've been looking for a way to determine the value of them. Does anyone know outside of the Comic Buyers Guide where I can obtain this info, ie: web based.

This just seemed to be the place to go. :)

Anyone with info, please feel free.

Thanks.

Best source online would be to compare prices on eBay.

If they are legitimately "rare and classic" - say from the 1950s or earlier, you can probably get many competing offers from dealers.

Yeah, eBay is really the best guide to what people are actually paying. There's also www.comicspriceguide.com which I haven't tried, and the new edition of the Overstreet Guide is available for downloading from www.heritagecomics.com for $25.

You might also try www.nostomania.com (this is a pay site if you want the detail graded prices - free to just see G, VG, F, etc). Rob mentioned www.heritagecomics.com - they also offer an archive of past sales once you join. There is no cost to be a member. Another pay tool is GP Analysis - you can get to from a link off Heritage's site.
