During John Ostrander's tenure on Suicide Squad (which began in the mini-series Legends and continued on into the Suicide Squad ongoing series, a few appearances in Firestorm, and a Suicide Squad/Doom Patrol one-shot), 20 members of the team were killed. They included 16 costumed operatives, and 4 "normal" operatives. Name the 20 killed characters! HINT: One of the characters was killed on an unauthorized solo mission.
