Splinter Cell: Pandora Tommorow HELP!!!

I know I could shell out 15 bucks for a hintbook or maybe find a PC that allows access to gamefaqs.com but I need help NOW! I am stuck on the stupid game and I am tired of hearing the same conversations OVER and OVER because I can't get past the stage. I am on the train and I miked the secret conversation by hiding behind the bar but after that I have no idea what to do. If I try to sneak off before the informant gets off they tell me I let the time expire and the next cabin, the doors are jammed. If I stay and hide in the bar they tell me that Soth knew I was there. What the heck am I supposed to do? PLEASE someone give me a hand!

I think you're not milking the secret conversation properly. Once you've listened to it all a checkpoint will occur. Here's a problem I had -- if you're not too well hidden (i.e. standing up) you're sometimes seen. You have to stand, hook on with the directional microphone, and then crouch again -- I think. Try standing further back as well.

After that Soth will go back the way he came. It's up to you to move forward to the front of the train where you climb a ladder to the top of the train.

Note that you can knock people out without grabbing them by pressing the knock-out button.

OK maybe I was too impatient, let me try it again, I get the whole conversation and HQ tells me get out of there but and meet up with the Osprey. I'll wait til Soth and his goon leave the compartment. Have you seen the demos for the new game, it looks SWEET! There are also going to be special ed. available at gamestop.

Got past it yesterday, I am so lame. Just wasn't patient enough. I am in Israeal now, anyone know what the reprecussions would have been if I did not kill the girl?

Wouldn't you have failed the mission?

EDIT: Oh wait, I checked a guide for you, she comes back with a sniper, and you have to kill them both at the end of the mission.

*SPOILER ALERT* OK, need some more help from my CBR brethren. I am at what I assume is the final stage of the game. I snuck out of the elevator at LAX after Soth and his goons shut down the power and I climbed up to where the I think the generator is. I have tried every possible way of getting past this stage but somehow the goons still find me in the dark and gun me down ratherly quickly. Do they have nightvision googles because I literally shot EVERY possible light that I could get my rifle to aim at?! And they hit me from angles where I have no idea where they are so I can't return fire. I am totally stumped. HELP!!!!!!!!

*SPOILER ALERT* OK, need some more help from my CBR brethren. I am at what I assume is the final stage of the game. I snuck out of the elevator at LAX after Soth and his goons shut down the power and I climbed up to where the I think the generator is. I have tried every possible way of getting past this stage but somehow the goons still find me in the dark and gun me down ratherly quickly. Do they have nightvision googles because I literally shot EVERY possible light that I could get my rifle to aim at?! And they hit me from angles where I have no idea where they are so I can't return fire. I am totally stumped. HELP!!!!!!!!

OK... Well, you're in luck, because I know where you are and what you have to do.

First, you have to shoot out the lights. Sometimes that alerts the guards, so I usually just shoot out the one to my left near the ladder and the one to my right. I don't shoot them all because the sound sometimes alerts the guards.

There are three engineers and a guard on the ground level. You have no knock them all out. The guard and one of the engineers are Soth's men but don't bother killing them now -- gunshots sometimes alert guards. The location of the engineers is sometimes different so just make your own plan for knocking them out and dragging them to the shadows based on their locations.

You want to climb the ladder to the top level near the first lightbulb you shot. To get there, walk forward from the starting platform and climb the ladder at the end of the runway onto the mid-level platforms. Follow that and at the end jump down to the ground level. Go left towards the ladder and climb it to the very top. Walk carefully at all times so you don't make a sound.

At the top of the ladder you should have a pretty good sniping point. Soth is hunched over the bomb and one of his men is patroling. Fire a smoke grenade at Soth to knock him out before he can activate the bomb. Shoot his henchman before you get shot. After that, explore the level and kill all of the people with abnormal body heat -- then go back to the bomb. My method's good because there's less risk and no time limit.

Soth is on the top level hunched over the virus sample in front of the fan.

***SPOILER ALERT***Thanks for the advice! The weirdest thing happened to me last night, I FINALLY won the game but and please tell me if this happened to you too. By the good graces I actually gunned down all 3 baddies, one which I am assuming was Soth. Then I ran where everyone was telling me I was supposed to go but the suitcase was no where to be found and like a chicken with its head cut off I ran around like a mad man trying to find it and it was straight ahead where I got off the elevator. I know this is not right because isn't Soth supposed to have it on the level above me? Does Soth drop it if you shoot him really quickly? Anyhew I got the suitcase and got the worst ending EVER! Are there no goodies when you beat the game? It gave me like a 2 minute FMV with Sam leaving the damn smallpox in LAX for security to locate and I thought it only had like 11 minutes left on it before it detonates?! The bomb squad drills it to the ground, the end? That's it?! I am getting the new one tonight, I'll try to post some info on it tommorow. I hear the game is great but man, it better have a better ending than this one did.
