I spared you my relentless self-promotion for a couple of weeks, but am now back at full steam. My review of the year that I consider "One for the Books" begins with Spider-Man 2004 Part 1 (http://www.herorealm.com/features/skb.htm). This week discusses the conclusion of the Ezekial storyline and some other stories in Amazing Spider-Man except THAT one. I'm saving that for another week. :D

I always enjoy reading your columns, although I disagree with you a lot (I actually liked the "Book of Ezekiel" story, although I agree with your opinions on the other issues.)

Oh man, the Sins Past entry will be interesting.
I'm a little surprised to see Robert Kirkman's Marvel Team-Up being covered. I wasn't sure what you thought about MTU. I enjoy the title for the most part but do have a problem with not giving the title characters anywhere near enough panel time (for example, #4 had a distinct lack of Hulk).
Anyways, a nice look at the pre Sins Past stories. But I always wondered if the Spidey mystic stuff was truly over by the end of the Book of Ezekial.

Not in any great detail, but the revival of Marvel Team-Up, since it was once upon a time the true "second" Spider-Man title back in the 70's before Spectacular, bears mention.

Kirkman is certainly using Spider-Man a lot in the title. Although I do enjoy Kirkman's take on Spider-Man.
