Ok ... we do this all the time in debates or movie threads and whatnot . So lets just do it all in one thread ! You know if a bunch a characters with their own movies got together for a team movie it'd be the League ....DC/WB manages their movies !
So ... we got Bale as Batman and Routh as Supes and whoever in Whedon's Wonder Woman ....but who would YOU cast as :

George Eads (CSI) as Superman

I like your picks, except Brooke Burke as Barda; Barda is supposed to be huge; If we're going to get Mr. Miracle's big, imposing, yet attractive wife, that's the role that Lucy Lawless should play.

She's 5'11"; toss build up the suit, give her lifts in her boots, and you can have her stand 6'3", easy. That's the same height as Ray Romano.

Other than that, great choices.

Superman: Brendan Fraser. Can play the down home hick with superpowers to a tee-as well as the noble hero. He was born for that role.

Batman: Christian Bale. I have yet to see fault in this logic.

GL (Hal): Ben Bowder. He has to call the ring Wynona, though.

GL (Kyle): Jerry O'Connel. Yeah, the poster was right-he's pretty much Kyle.

I'm blanking on the rest of the core, but...

Zauriel: Matt Damon. For some reason, when I hear read Zauriel, I think Loki. I don't know why, but I think it works-altogether nice angel who's thrust into what's basically the worst situation imaginable, yet still tries to do the job he was fired from.

Asmodel: CGI Construct, voice by Keith David. Yeah, we have people who can play a 10' tall King Angel. Anycase, CGI for the bad boy-and Goliath's voice, especially for the Walls of Jericho line.

Superman 1,000,000: Bruce Campbell. Can anyone else talk about Super-ESP with a straight face? And look at him-that's the most lantern jaw I've ever seen, even in a comic! That has to be Ash!

I'll agree with everyone you said ...kinda iffy on Kiefer hooking up with Sarah Michelle Gellar .... but then my girl is 10 years younger than I am ... also , I'm an Affleck fan but don't see him as GL ...I'm stuck on Jerry O'Connel as Kyle . Dunno that I'd want Ben as Hal either . Maybe .... he was alright in Pearl Harbor as a pilot ....but Hal fans everywhere might burn us at the stake !

Yeah I know that the members of HEAT would probably kill me, but Affleck is who I would cast as Hal. I've been thinking about how I would do a GL movie and it occured to me that he would be good, and possibly great in the role. As for the age difference between SMG and Kiefer, wasn't Ollie older than Dinah anyway?

SUPERMAN & BATMAN: Brandon Routh & Christian Bale since I'm willing to give Singer and Nolan the benefit of the doubt.

WONDER WOMAN: Catherine Zeta Jones is pretty much bang on perfect

FLASH: I actually like Goyer's idea of Ryan Reynolds as Wally West. Dunno who I'd cast for Barry Allen.

GREEN LANTERN: George Clooney or Ben Browder as Hal Jordan, Sam Jackson as John Stewart and, honestly, I think Topher Grace would kickass as Kyle Rayner, although Jerry O'Connel would probably be closer to the comics version.

GREEN ARROW: With Clooney as Hal, Brad Pitt should be Ollie.

BLACK CANARY: Uma Thurman has proved definitively that she is the most ass-kicking blonde bombshell in movie history, who better for Dinah?

Superman - Bruce Cambell. I think he can balance Clark and Supes in a comprable way to Chris Reeves. I think he's a little older, which Superman needs to be.

Batman - David Boreanaz. I think he can use a lot of the Angel character and switch from flighty playboy to brooding hero easy enough.

Green Arrow - Dennis Leary. Old, liberal, angry. Watch him in "The Ref" and put a bow in his hands.

Atom - Michael Rosenbaum. I like him as Lex on "Smallville", but I think with a little hair, he could work as the Mighty Mite.

Green Lantern (Kyle) - Tom Welling. He's naive and young and looks like Kyle. Plus he plays well with Rosenbaum.

Also, Sam Jackson was the basis for the Justice League cartoon's John Stewart, so it seems like a pretty obvious choice to me.

While a JL movie would be nice, how would you handle the plot? I guess the Dominators would provide a reason for the League to reassemble? Do it Mission Impossible style with Batman gathering each member from thier respective locations. You could then cast older actors in the hero roles, with the younger actors for possible flashback sequences.

Just because I felt like it:

Sam Jackson, terrific actor, plain and simple. As for "the only black actor", I believe Morgan Freeman and Denzel Washington might take offense. :)

Also, Maurice Chestnut is a great call to play John Stewart, he is a little young still, but he has the build and the look.

Lets face it, when you are staring in a superhero movie, you have to be attractive, and while samuel jackson is an amazing actor his looks and build dont convey heroisism

actors like Henry Simmons, Micheal Jai White (who coincidentally voices doomsday in JLU) and Morris Chesnut fill all the criteria

I think most of Bored's choices are pretty spot on, but I'll jump on the Green Lantern Bandwagon and submit my choice for John Stewart: Laurence Fishburne. He has a definite quiet intensity that would work for the (animated, admittedly) version of the character.

Also, as she's starting to age a bit, BUT is still quite attractive, I'd pick Daryl Hannah to play Black Canary.

Matthew Mcoghnahey would be a decent Wally West, and Edward Norton was born to play the Atom.

Barry Allen is a tough call, though.

Barry Allen is a tough call, though.

Even tougher is casting a JSA movie! Imagine a JSA flick set in the early days of WW2 as they race a Nazi superteam to find the Spear of Destiny. A little superhero action, some horror elements, mystery, maybe a big JSA vs Bnazi panzers battle, mix in a litle Indiana Jones...this could be a big ole spectacular!

Who'd be in it? Hawkman, Hawkgirl,Starman, Dr Midnight, Sandman, Flash, Green Lantern, Dr Fate, maybe Black Canary, maybe the Atom, maybe the Spectre

I like most of these, but Blue Beetle should be Ben Stiller. Martian Manhunter should be Vin Diesel, Vin's deep voice would be perfect for him. And Rob Schneider could be G'Nort :D .

Duncan wouldn't be bad but they should track down whoever did Darkseid's voice in the Superman and Justice League shows and get them on it. The calm, brooding menace and power radiated by that voice was incredible.

I could get behind that idea to... though so as to make it appeal to a wider audiance I'd scrap the Bruce Timm style artwork and go for something a lot more appealing in terms of animation.

I don't know about Lincoln from Prison Break as Martian Manhunter. I can see Lawrence Fishburne though.
