I've always seen this series in DH's TPB section but have never picked it up. Is it good? What's it about?

The first one, "Give Me Liberty," is my favorite of the batch. Basically, a girl from the ghetto rises up through a private military. There's a lot more to it than that, including a lot of political stuff, but I'd rather not ruin it. If you like Frank Miller's writing, there's no reason you wouldn't enjoy this.

Personally, I found the "Happy Birthday, Martha Washington" oneshot to be the best of the bunch.

Give Me Liberty and Happy Birthday Martha Washington are the best of the bunch. The Martha-Super Soldier story is my favorite.
