After someone posted an image of Judge Death (from the Judge Dredd strip) by BPRD artist Guy Davis (see below) on the 2000AD messageboard we were all discussing how it'd be nice to steal a top artist from the US for once ;)

It's a pretty radical imagining of Judge Death (well, as radical as they get) and he certainly seems like an artist who's got the kind of style that could cross the Atlantic quite easily ...

Just thought you'd like to see it :D

Been a Dredd fan for almost 10 years now. And I absolutely love the new Judge Death look!

Can't say I'm a fan only because I've never read the books, but I sure do enjoy Guy Davis' style. It especially lends itself to the boney and rotting!

I'm sure Guy appreciates comments like this to no end.

I had not seen any of these before. I really like the underbite of judge dread.

If you havn't take a look at Marquis, you should. If you like Guy's creepy monsters, like Judge Death and the ones seen in BPRD, Marquis will open a floodgate for you.
