Mysterio, since he's developed mists to deaden it. I'm guessing the majority of his regular villains are aware of it, either through word of mouth or Spidey himself (he does tend to yak alot when he's fighting).

I think Kraven knew about it too. I'm remembering something from "Kraven's Last Hunt". But I'm not sure if I'm thinking of a What If?

As far as I know Carnage doesn't really know that Peter has spidersense, I know that his spidersense doesn't work on him but that doesn't mean that Carnage is aware of that.
The FF know
Daredevil knows
And Kraven II knows that he has somekind of dangersense, but not how it works or what it really is

Kingsley knows? When did he find out?
It's a good bet to assume that MJ knows all about Pete's powers.

I guess you haven't been reading Hobgoblin Lives then...

When Reilly first met him Mysterio told him about how he's found a way to block the Spidersense
I think every enemy, who fights often with Spider-man can realize that Spider-man has the ability to sense danger.
And the villains speak with each other.

Unless you count the Sinister teams, they don't. And they only know he dodges really well, which might just be him being very quick.

Chanmelion and Doom not only know about it, they can send messages to Spidey though it.
Plus consdiering how much Spidey brags and shows off, I'm sure at least half of his rogue's gallery knows.

The things that came to mind when I read that are mostly unacceptable to be posted on here. The internet has ruined my mind :(
Does the spider-sense manifest visually at all, or is it just drawn in so the reader knows what's happening?

Yup, exactly what I was going to say. Far more villains know about the sense than should, simply because he can't shut up when he's fighting. (He's better about this now, but back in the day, it was embarrassing. In an issue of Untold Tales, a team of FF knock-offs called The Spacemen used the knowledge to trick him into a trap; he then commented, "I guess I should stop explaining how my powers work in the middle of a fight.")
Wasp, Starfox, Captain America, She-Hulk, and Monica Rambeau (I have no damn idea what her codename is now) know, because Spidey explained it to them when he tagged along on an Avengers mission.
As for how Kingsley found out, probably from the original Green Goblin's journals.

Oops. Strike that, reverse it.

The Mad Thinker figured it out himself, IIRC. He even sent one of his androids to fight Spider-Man once to test his theory, believing that the posession of a Spider-sense could eliminate unknown variables in his calculations. Or something.

Before Norman stopped taking notes, Norman wrote about Spiderman's Spidersense.

Sadly, Kingsley was stupid enough to not try anything to against Peter's sense.

The early issues before the character's powers are fully developed conceptually are always amusing. Has anybody sent messages to Spidey using his spider sense recently (the whole talking to insects thing doesn't count)?

And I remember reading some where, isn't his Spider-tracker on the same frequency or something as his spider sense so he could follow his tracer with his spider sense.....I think it's just the cartoon on Fox, i'm thinking...

is this something that has been established and shown in the comic or is it just something fans believe?

It's shown in a comic I have that Roderick is reading a chapter in Norman's book about Spiderman's spider sense.

You know, considering that a lot of times his Spider senses are illistrated by having half his mask appear over his face, his secret identity would be gone is a flash if it physically showed up. That could actually be a funny back-up story in one of the comics.
