Why don't they send all the Kryptonite enhanced guys to Gotham to be dealt with in Arkham Asylum? They would be better equipped to deal with those guys than at the other place. No doubt Batman has already started crimefighting there.

well if that's the case bruce wayne should still be off training himself to perfection. in the comics he spent several years training with different people all over the world.

The way I see it is Smallville is the "Ultimate-style" TV show of DC. Marvel has all these Ultimate comics for the new generation. Smallville is the retelling of the origin of Superman for the new generation so there can be many differences.
