WTF!!!!!

I cannot, for the life of me, find a copy of Morrison's Kill Your Boyfriend graphic novel. Has anyone seen it around on the internet---online stores and such??? I check for it on ebay constantly and it never comes up in any searches. Very frustrating indeed. I've heard mixed reviews about it, but i don't care. I like Philip Bond's work and Morrison's writing. Any help? Anyone???

It's hard to find. I had to stalk Milehighcomics website for months before they got a copy.

I have the book :) ,it's a good read.I like how the writer let's himself go

talk about a tease. Two copies of it just popped up on ebay. But the problem is that both are from the UK. I'm not too sure that I want to risk the mail delivery from over seas, let alone the month long wait for it. Oh well. I guess I have to be patient. One has to come up again.

Go to a library (gasp!) and get it on inter-library loan. That's how I read it.

I have gone to the library (gasp!!!) and they don't have it at any of the branches. Plus, I would like to own my own copy of it (gasp gasp!!!!!). Call me a collector, but i like to not only read comics and trades/graphic novels, but also purchase them and put them on my book shelf and look at them. An amazing new idea. But anyway....Still looking. Can't wait to find one.

The best thing to do is set up a search on eBay and they'll send you an email when one turns up.

If you do a search for it, there's a link at the bottom of the page to "add to favourite searches".

For what it's worth though, the book is at best a mild diversion. Definitely not vintage Morrison

in some interview from long ago. Morrison stated that two other comics he wrote related to the Invisibles comic world. Those two were Kill your Boyfriend and Skrull Kill Crew. I've read neither and wondering if he was F@kking w/ people by saying the Skrull Kill Crew series. But yeah, Kill yer boyfriend is hard to find and there was a second printing w/ added bonus material or some secret code within the book.

i'm in the process of trying to put together a vertigo collection and this issue popped up in a lot i purchased...i thought it was solid, loved the portrayal of the cops and "revolutionary" artists...gold

The way I saw KYB was that it had a bunch of similar themes as the Invisibles, but it was all said and done in a single issue.

It's good, possibly great, though it's hard to really gauge something that's only one issue long compared to Grant's longer work.

Anyway, I got mine off eBay, signed by Grant Morrison, and for only $10 Australian... Hell, I would've spent more than that on it unsigned 'cause I wanted it desperately, but I just got a bargain.

I really like this issue too. It's been a while since I've read it put reading everyone's post is going to make me give it another go. I pored over the Invisibles and would love to read it again through the lens that there are similar themes between the two.
