I'd say next issue. IIRC, it's the first part of the multi-part Rogue War.

Yes, exactly. The next issue is the first part of the six-part "Rogue War", so that should be an exciting time to jump on, however let me say this: I have found that it GREATLY enhances the current storyline if you go back and read the Johns trades of Flash, because the book has been building to this point for years.
