How about the details? The last thing I want to do, is sign up for one more comic-book web-site!

Speculation: Nekros is a JB pen name, used to screw around with the 'his stuff is better when it's inked by someone else' crowd.

Hey, I've been writing one DC book under a pen name for more than a year now. Still waiting for people to "notice".
This is from his official website. I wonder who he is?
More stuff about it at his website (http://www.byrnerobotics.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=4755&PN=1&TPN=1)
Keep in mind this could all be a joke.

Meh. If I buy a comic it's because I think it might be good. If I continue it's because it is good. If Byrne somehow writes better under a false name then more power to him. If he writes just like he normally does, well, the chances are I'm not reading a Byrne book. Because I don't buy books that aren't well written.
